Altus Vernooy

Altus Vernooy is a South African-born actor based in Perth, Western Australia, with a passion for storytelling across multiple mediums.With a background in Sound Production and holding both a Diploma and a BA in Sound and Radio Broadcasting, Altus has built a strong foundation in the technical and creative aspects of media. He is an experienced radio producer and presenter, with additional expertise in recording, mixing, and mastering for both solo artists and bands.

Altus continues to develop his craft through work in both theatre and film. His experience with voice work lends itself well to voice-over work as well, adding depth and versatility to his performances. Beyond acting, he has been involved in producing, directing, and modelling, making him a well-rounded and adaptable artist committed to creative exploration and growth.
