Entry levels
Once you have completed the Skill Assessment form, our talent co-ordinator will be in touch to discuss next steps should you be successful in your application. You can then purchase your training package online for our next course.
Preliminary: No prior experience, training or portfolios. Totally new to Talent Management.
Academy: May have done other courses however haven’t completed PADWA training or requires continued training to develop in areas which are lacking capabilities. May have headshots already but no other media for profiles.
Developing: Have completed PADWA introductory Training, Have professional headshots, portfolios and some limited experience on set as extras or featured extras. May have a show reel. At this level we can offer professional show reels and advanced training opportunities.
Working: Emerging Professional Artists who are regularly called to audition, have IMDB credits and fully self sufficient in terms of managing their casting profiles and self tape/audition call outs. May have done featured extras, bit parts, guest roles or lead TV commercials.
Acclaimed: Professional Artist with full IMDB credits in lead roles/supporting roles, Known and respected throughout the industry and often requested by Casting to submit for roles without auditions. These are top level paid professional artists in their chosen field. Think Brad Pitt and Meryl Streep.

Phase 1 | For current approved members who need online training in best self taping & auditioning for screen practices, and mock exercises to have appraised by padwa Director and feedback. Plus script analysis and further support and documentation to make your journey smoother. Phase 2 | Training coming mid 2026: for more advanced training with videos and live jobs posted.
