Darren is a passionate actor and film extra whose career began with a pivotal off-screen role as Sam Neill's picture double and stand-in in Jeremy Sims’ feature "Rams" (2020), an experience that sparked his commitment to performance acting. Since then, he has built a diverse portfolio with extra and featured roles in productions such as "Before Dawn" (2024), "Kid Snow" (2024), and several television series including "ITCH" (2020), "The Claremont Murders" (2023), "Invisible Boys" (2025), and "The Twelve" (2025). His acting range has expanded through key supporting roles in independent feature films such as "Remotely Famous" (2025) and the sequel "Outback Dale" (2026), and "Frederickstown" (2026); as well as his performances as “Sal” in the short film "Twelve Years" (2023) and as Father Jacob in the short film "Voiceless" (2026). Darren has continued to refine his craft through training in the Chubbuck Technique, under acclaimed actor Anthony Brandon Wong, bringing depth and professionalism to every role he undertakes.
