Join PADWA

If you are an experienced or trained artist with an IMDB profile, professional headshots, and a showreel, please upload them to our skills assessment document.

We have specific procedures for established talent who require no training. Our talent coordinator will then schedule you in for a one on one meeting with the Director to discuss your management plan.

There are no upfront fees required to be offered a contract with our Agency. We are a “ non poaching “ agency and respect our WA community there fore we do not take on represented talent under contract with another agency. It is also industry practice only to be registered with one Agency. Please chat with your agent first before approaching us.

However, if you have no prior experience or training , you will require professional headshots as a minimum, which will be used to create your profile. We offer this service and further training to our Academy via the below packages.
